I understand deeply how debilitating anxiety can be for children. Growing up as a nervous and anxious child myself, I faced many of the same challenges your child might be experiencing now. Today, as an NLP4Kids Practitioner based in Lifford-Strabane, I am dedicated to helping kids overcome anxiety and build lasting confidence.
Why Kids Are Anxious?
Anxiety among children is on the rise, and the statistics are alarming. Did you know that around 20% of children in Northern Ireland deal with significant mental health issues, with anxiety topping the list? In Ireland, 1 in 10 kids aged 5-16 suffers from a mental health disorder, often anxiety-related.
There are many reasons why children feel anxious today. Academic pressure, social media, family dynamics, and even the residual effects of the COVID-19 pandemic contribute to this growing problem. These anxieties can be overwhelming, affecting your child’s ability to enjoy their day-to-day life.

My Personal Connection
I understand these struggles deeply because I lived them. My own battle with anxiety as a child gives me unique insight and empathy. I know what it’s like to feel overwhelmed and out of control. That’s why I’m so passionate about helping kids like yours navigate their way through anxiety.

My Passion for Helping Kids
